Our condo has gorgeous new granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, all new appliances, fully equipped surroundings, leather furniture, ceramic tile kitchen and bathroom, laundry and a safe, private gated community. This private community also offers two pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, volleyball court, basketball half court, fitness center, carwash, hot tubs, internet, fax, copier, theatre room, door-to-door trash pick-up. The condo is located just ten minutes from Tampa International Airport and all of the premier shopping, restaurants and entertainment that the area has to offer. Local attractions include Tropicana Field, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Mangrove Bay Golf Course and the Florida Aquarium. St. Pete beach is only a few miles away, Clearwater and Tampa are in the vicinity as well.

	The livingroom offers beautiful leather furniture, a flat screen television with five hundred channels of endless possibilities. We also have a surround sound system for a more realistic sound when watching television or a movie in the DVD player.

Stainless and Granite Kitchen The kitchen has been totally redone with granite counter tops, cherry cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. Off of the kitchen, next to the refridgerator, there is a hidden laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer tucked neatly away.

Cozy Master Bedroom Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and all new linens. The master bathroom has a large frameless shower with oversized shower head with plenty of pressure power for the most relaxing shower you'll ever take.

Beautiful Pool There are also two beautiful and very well kept pools to take a swin in or just to relax poolside after a long day.

Relaxing Jacuzzi If unwinding is what you need, just jump into one of the jacuzzi's next to either of the pools and let the jets melt your cares away.
